"Take Me" works. And I don't know about the music part. I know when something sounds good or when it doesn't butnot how to get it there. That is a gift. About the morning/mourning. I think it does fit. "Morning" brings a picture of hope. The song is about hope that comes from what God can do in a life. "Mourning" fits, too... the rocks are digging in, on the shore are burdens, my heart's been aching, the heavy weight is lifting as the bottoms dropping out, He took your shame and heartbreak... The whole song is about mourning and the hope that Christ gives in the midst of it.
Didn't I just read in a post of yours that there can be no good without bad? Don't doubt yourself here. This is a good song.

Dude, it does need more cowbell. LOL

Seriously though.
If you are looking for some help on the last line this is what I got.

My humble and non-songwriting suggestions:
Maybe end the last line with Grace. Tie in a verb related to the abandon you are calling the listener to....
"dive into"..."splash around in" His Grace.

As far as title. I got nothin much:
Maybe The Current/Ripple/Streams of Grace.

It really needs no changing in my opinion though...very heartfelt and real. I truly dig it!

I can only only think of two words...

More cowbell!

...translated that means, I like it the way it is, it's fresh and from the heart. The line, "Scars are written with your grief" cut deep into the heart of the listener (this one, anyway). A simple yet powerful song honoring God and what He has done, continues to do and will always do!

The only title suggestion... "Take Me To The River".

...and maybe some more cow bell...

Love rabbi!
Frank

Great job my brother! I love the whole concept of the song - using the water/river as a place of renewal. Your voice has its wonderful soul & vulnerability - & yep it shows your heart!
I agree with some peeps about having sweet percussion like a soft djembe & shaker esp in between the guitar breaks. The phrase "grace in the current" really gets me deep esp how you crescendoed @ that point. Not sure if you call this your bridge or chorus but if this is the song's chorus, I would personally love to have a double chorus @ the end - have you crescendo again & decrescendo @ the last chorus. Dang chillzz in da heezee!! :)
