I wish you would have said, “Coming to you live from Annie’s room”. That would have been a truer statement. And I love truth.

“The life that we live is how the world sees Christ.” Moving forward, that summarizes it up perfectly… That should be the first thing we reflect on each morning.

St. Francis of Assisi said, “Preach the gospel everyday of your life. If necessary, use words.”

    And there you go.

I do believe that statement to be true. However, I also believe that God is God and He will use what He wants to use to bring glory to Himself and further His kingdom…even through our erroneous lifestyles.

Did that earn me a spot on your blogroll?

    Love ya, Chad :)

My wife and I were discussing “all this” (and that St Francis’ quote came up, before we’d seen Cindy’s comment :)

She reminded me of a fitness instructor down here who took on the radical decision to gain lots of weight in order to show his students that it’s possible to lose it again.

This immediately reminded me of what Jesus did for us. He became a man to show us it is possible to be what He calls us to be. A radical move.

I’m not totally sure how to link that back to the heart of the discussion, but I felt I had to put it here…so I did !
