Change is good…
Welcome to the new site! We went live just last night and I am super stoked! A few months back I approached Russ Hutto and asked him if he would “tweak” my new blog for me. After some back and forth “creative” conversations, tweaks and other changes the site is finally complete. I love the job he did and I so appreciate his skill and creativity.
So I have a new website.
This is a good change.
Another change is taking place tomorrow.
Over the past 13 years of being married to Sarah we have both been involved in some kind of ministry or another. However, over those 13 years we have yet to really do any ministry together. I would lead worship, she would be there; she would teach, I would watch the kids. We were “present” but not doing it together. Tomorrow we are speaking TOGETHER at Grace Church, San Luis Obispo about our story and the redemptive grace of God. I am talking about a back and forth, sharing the stage, me not being a ball hog, kind of SPEAKING TOGETHER. The reasons why this hasn’t happened YEARS ago is the fodder for future blog posts. The point is, it’s happening tomorrow!
So those are a couple of changes in my life. What are some changes that are happening in your life?

Nice blog update! Great about you and Sarah getting to serve together in a stronger way too. Grace and I have been doing that for more than twenty years and have loved almost every minute! (There’s probably a story or two in the ‘almost’!)
I totally laughed at the “ball hog” comment. It’s amazing to learn of the journey God has taken you two on. Nice to read about serving TOGETHER. Awesome blog design. Anxious to hear your music. I’ve ejoyed getting to know Sarah through her blog. Praying for you two.
Hey Liz, I am happy to report there was no “ball hogging” that went on at all!
It was a great morning. Everyone responded very well and I think the blessing was mutual; both them and us.
We were able to have it recorded. We just need to figure out a way to make it available for download.
I hope that you guys will post the video. I’ve enjoyed watching the ones on Sarah’s site. You two are such a beautiful example of God’s love for us. Blessings!
